Reina Jaramillo proudly joins Davis Elementary as principal, bringing over a decade of experience in education as a teacher, instructional coach, and school leader. With a deep passion for building strong school communities, Reina is committed to ensuring that all students have access to high-quality, rigorous instruction in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Before joining Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD, Reina served as an assistant principal in Irving ISD, where she led campus-wide initiatives focused on data-driven instruction, teacher development, and student growth. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that every child can grow with intentional support and that relationships and results go hand in hand. Reina holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso. Her leadership style is student-centered, systems-driven, and rooted in collaboration, transparency, and trust.

At Davis Elementary, Reina is excited to implement a bold entry plan that focuses on strengthening instructional systems, building staff capacity, and cultivating a culture of excellence and shared leadership. Her long-term goal is to ensure academic success for all students and build a school where staff, students, and families thrive together.

Outside of school, Reina is a proud wife and mother to two wonderful daughters. Her family also includes their loyal pup, who brings joy and energy to their home. She believes in leading with both heart and strategy and is honored to serve the students and families of Davis Elementary.
